The main house has four equal-sized king-master suites, each with their own en-suite bathrooms. There are two bedrooms on each level of the house, each with their own air-conditioning and a private balcony furnished with cushioned seating and side tables to enjoy the views and outside quiet.

On the main entrance level, there is a well-equipped cherry-wood kitchen, with a kitchen island. The adjacent formal dining area has seating for ten. Stepping outside, there is a comfortable covered verandah with lovely sea views and views of Jost Van Dyke.

An interior staircase leads up to Sade’s upper level and two more air-conditioned king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both of which offer jacuzzi tubs as well as a separate shower. These bedroom suites also both offer private balconies.

On the upper level of the main house a wet bar, home office and lounge area are located, ideal for family enjoyment. Sliding glass doors lead from the lounge outside to another covered balcony.

An inviting pool and curved sun deck is located between Sade’s Main House and Guest Cottage with comfortable, cushioned teak lounge chairs.

A one-bedroom Guest Cottage is situated just west beyond the pool, giving occupants some privacy from the Main house guests. The king bedroom is air-conditioned, a shower plus a jacuzzi bathtub in the en-suite bath. There are two covered porches just outside both the bedroom and the living area, with seating to enjoy the outdoors.

Villa Sade is an exceptional home away from home for owners wishing to enjoy the warm weather in the winter months. The house has a good rental history as well being located so near to one of Tortola’s iconic beaches, Smuggler’s Cove.
